The location is really perfect and just at the back of Duomo; very easy to find good resturant and just 2 minutes to go to the main shopping streets and also the subway. The room is modern designed in a small building which is not small in such good location. There are necessary facilities inside the room and convinent for us. Free wifi is very necessary for us. The girls there is very nice and lovely. The clean girl is also nice. To live in this hotel is like living in an apartment but without hotel service but for us, we feel good.

Only the wash basin in bathroom is not that working well and water is not easy go away... except that we do feel very enjoy ourselves in this hotel! Oh, it is better to have the girl staff to book a taxi for us when we leave the hotel next time, otherwise we have to take the heavy lugguages walk for a long way to find a taxi!

The Staff were really nice people. The service was excellent. We didn't know the way and someone came to pick us up. The mean idea it was in the center, near to everything.The breakfast in the coffee shop a side from the suites was great.now after few days my daughter find out ,she forgot her toy, I called and the person responsible of the suites was really friendly and shipping it to Paris, Overall, We just had a great trip for 3 days, one of the main reasons was the accommodation which was great. I would definitely recommended

Loved the location, in the city heart, near Duomo, shopping, restaurants, walkable to places like Castello Sforzesco, La Scala Opera House. Pinoteca di Brera. Easy transport via Metro to MiCo Convention Centre. Wifi was an essential for us. Facilities like kitchenette, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, safe and daily cleaning were appreciated. Supermarket close by. The decor was modern and bright, a very pleasant place to stay. The concierge Giuseppe was brillant, very helpful. He managed to get an item that was missing from a purchase I had made sent to my next travel destination in Bellagio.

The noise from the streets below was noticeable, but we did not need earplugs. The sofa bed was a bit saggy.

Staff (Giuseppe) welcoming and helpful. Apartment is clean and suitably furnished.

Free WiFi is very slow, not really suitable for business purposes.

no reception - you should make a phone call in advance to check in ( which could be answered or not) park your car in the nearest parking yourself (hotel Galileo, corso Europa, about 30 Euro per day) and go to the address 50 metres. GPS will not help you to get right to the pedestrian area in a car.

The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of every little problem we had without a hitch, sometimes even driving across the city to fix something. The apartment itself is amazing with a great view of the shopping district below and very close to the metro and upscale shops. Totally worth the price.

The location was more than perfect , and even that there was no receptionist , but that was not a problem at all , the guy there he was so sweet and he give us a phone no that we could call always and ask about anything and he was always helpful and willing to advice , if you are going to Milan for shopping it will be just the perfect spot and place to stay as its in the middle of a long shopping street and 2 minutes away from the dumo definitely I recommend to stay there and I will always be back there , as its not only a room but you can call it small flat with your own kitchen and toilet. The area was totally safe although it was my first time in Milan but I felt like home, it’s also near the underground if you would like to use it and the radio taxi will pick you anytime when you call. For breakfast it was perfect just go down and sit in the coffeshop downstairs and enjoy the good weather and the fresh juice.

This was the first time we decided to try an apartment suite. Our stay has exceeded our expectations by far. The location was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the suite we booked was very clean and the materials inside were all of high quality. We will definitely come again and will recommend it to our friends.
